Reception of appeals
In this section, you can draw up an appeal about a potential obstacle to the functioning of the single internal market of the EAEU member states, in which it is necessary to state the situation that has arisen with you or your organization.

1. MAKING AND SENDING THE APPEAL

Before drawing up and sending to the Eurasian Economic Commission appeals for such an obstacle, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the Rules of filling of references.

When drafting an appeal, you will be asked to choose the scope of regulation to which it relates and enter contact information, including the email address for feedback. To the text of the appeal, you can attach files with additional information.

After sending a message to the e-mail address you have specified, you should receive a notification that the request has been successfully sent.

2. PRELIMINARY CHECK OF APPEAL

After sending, the appeal is preliminarily moderated to determine if it corresponds to Rules of filling of references. Not later than the end of the business day following the day of dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with the notification that the application has been accepted for consideration or that the appeal has not been moderated.

3. TREATMENT OF APPEAL

The period of consideration of the appeal in the Eurasian Economic Commission is 30 working days. During this time, you may be asked to provide additional information on this situation. After 30 days, the Eurasian Economic Commission's opinion will be forwarded to the e-mail address indicated in the appeal in the stated situation.
